Angel Hands - Quick Guide

1 STAGE - CHARGE

  1. plug your hands in the electric field

  2. draw in energy into your fists slowly (keep muscles active in your arms)

  3. take chi and repeat 2 more times

2. STAGE - BLOWING THE DART

  1. Take Chi and plug your hands again

  2. Relax your wrists and open your fingers to face forward while blowing precise and fast air out of your pursed lips

  3. Take chi and repeat 2 more times

3. STAGE - ANGEL HANDS

  1. Cup your hands and sense the change of quality of energy in your hands

  2. imagine 2 angels sitting in each palm (like in a golden nest)

4. STAGE - CHARGE WITH GRATITUDE

  1. open your hands up to the side

  2. identify a human that you have a lot of gratitude for

  3. magnetise the gratitude you feel into your palms

5. STAGE - HEALING

  1. when you feel really full in your hands while continuing to magnetise all the gratitude put the hands intuitively on the 2 areas of your body that need this energy now

  2. When ready, kiss the back of your hands
