your triggers aren’t All yours…

… and why you’re still responsible for it all!
Do you continue to attract the same kind of a man/woman and end up in the same relational roller coasters?
Welcome to this truth: most of what equally attracts and triggers you is actually not just yours. It’s from your family tree and the collective.
Now that doesn’t mean you don’t have ANY less responsibility to look at that. It’s still ALL yours to deal with. It's just much bigger than you thought.
Good news: That is not a bad thing! READ ON...
When you continue to run into repeating issues it’s a sign that the root is stored deeper than just in your personal history.
It is not enough to just look into your childhood and all the things your mom and dad did wrong.
Because remember, they were also just victims of their loveless realities.
In order to clean these collective imprints you must learn to become really vast. You can’t heal this from your “small me” story.
That is like trying to pour the ocean through a small key hole.
Here is however where the magic begins. Contrary to what you may think, it is not more to do, not more painful or exhausting.
It is much more joyful to become vast and clean the collective mess (that INLCUDES your small story) than it is to stay small and try to heal the overwhelming amount of pain that floats in your system - through the key hole of your personal trauma.
Because you are connected to everything, remember?
When I found Itay Ganot and his initiation work 2 years ago, it blew me right out of my personal drama and deep into the grandness that I actually am.
Since then I’m training boldly to live.
Not trying to heal anymore.
Since then, emotional dramas have stopped, I’ve become much more mature, hardly triggered and feel deeply connected to a stream of deep inner knowledge.
The base of the method are the training of movement keys, which train your body in magical ways to become an antenna for universal wisdom instead of a magnet for traumatic past scripts.
These movements are NOT the typical kind of embodied practices you’ve experienced in countless other workshops. The method is new. Utterly fresh.
