Most people have an issue with this. You are not alone. In the work of Itay immediate action is the healing medicine for the monkey mind. The tools will teach you how to deal with the mind and go beyond it completely from within your own capacity. So we would recommend this work, especially if you are in your head a lot. It will be a complete game-changer for you.

This is not a magic pill you take once. It is an invitation to train yourself into a new frequency with the tools given. Training is the core principle of all the work Itay offers. Nothing. You are not even “allowed” to. We even discourage telling anyone your real name. The work Itay opens is completely beyond psychology and the story of you as a person. We will go to a place that does not require any words or analysis.

Because the tools we share are not based on the mind. They are multi-dimensional actions designed to change states of being and consciousness really fast and effectively. We work with the language of the subconscious which speaks in symbols and archetypes, visions and dreams. The sword is one of the most important symbols in todays age. We download this symbol into the body and create a huge transformation in the cell. The wisdom is absorbed through a different route than most other workshops teach their lessons.

The most touch you will probably experience is someone putting a hand on your back, heart or shoulder, which we use as a tool for nervous system regulation between rituals. All touch will be non-sexual in nature, and that is very important to us. Each sword is a tool for the individual. While it will work on the collective also through the metamorphogenic field.

You will not need to do anything. You are fully responsible and in charge of anything you do at any point. However, we will work in group settings and naturally that will require you to show up in various ways - otherwise it will not work. We will not put you on any stage. We can assure you that this is a very common concern people have before the Initiation, but it has never actually been an issue in the Initiation itself.

Today, in the midst of a decade of intensive practical research and over 400 sessions in various formats for thousands of people (individuals, groups, companies and artists from all over the spectrum), Modern Mystic Arts offers a wide range of innovative structures for changing states of consciousness, psycho-magical rituals, and the keys to mystic movements.
"My service at this time is to create tools for people to be more independent and to reawaken their ability to trust in magic. In this process I developed over 200 mystic movement keys & I discovered that our body is a key to all the doors of consciousness. And that the magic resides in the essence of our being.
While we were all brought up to depend on external solutions (government, social systems, etc.) - it's time to realise that everything is inside our body. And that we are all the eternal artists of life on planet Earth."

Since I am a child I carry an unquenchable thirst for knowledge in me. In my almost 40 years journey i have explored & studied the far corners of the self development universe, from meditation to sexuality, breathwork, yoga, quantum physics etc. From the moment that I met Itay for the first time I knew in every cell of my body that my life was going to change fundamentally and that I needed to be a part of spreading the new knowledge that he received far and wide on this planet.
After some time of personal mentoring Itay and me birthed Modern Mystic Arts as an institute for collective awakening. Currently I hold the role of producing & organizing the events while also being an apprentice for the work with Itay. I stand very humble before the method and grace. It has taught me more about clean action and humble service than anything. For the first time I am sincerely uninterested in my role inside the container. I just want to see the knowledge touch as many people as possible.
